a few words from the osteopath himself...

My Osteopathic Philosophy

Osteopathy is a treatment modality that uses the healing powers of the human body to fix it's self.

An Osteopath guides the body through it's restrictions and allows the body space to heal, using manual techniques including soft tissue releases, joint and tissue articulation, connective tissue techniques and manipulation.

Using a combination of classical Osteopathic and Cranio Sacral Osteopathy techniques, I can remove the restrictions causing symptoms, and then allow the body to do the rest.

Osteopathy considers the whole body and all its systems, taking into consideration external or environmental factors, psycho-emotional factors and mechanical or physical factors.

“When you touch one thing with deep awareness, you touch everything”

— Lao Tzu
