a few words from the osteopaths....

The Osteopathic Philosophy

Osteopathy is a treatment modality that uses the healing powers of the human body to fix itself.

An Osteopath guides the body through its restrictions and allows the body space to heal, using manual techniques including soft-tissue release, joint and tissue articulation, connective tissue techniques and manipulation.

Using a combination of Classical Osteopathy and Craniosacral Osteopathy techniques, we can remove the restrictions that are causing symptoms which allows the body to do the rest.

Osteopathy considers the whole body and all its systems, taking into consideration external or environmental factors, psycho-emotional factors and mechanical or physical factors.

“When you touch one thing with deep awareness,

you touch everything”

— Lao Tzu
