Cancellation Charge
Please try and give us at least 24 hours notice of any change in the agreed appointment time. Appointments cancelled at less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of £30 if the appointment slot cannot be subsequently taken by another patient.
If you do not cancel your appointment and do not turn up, there will be a £60 no-show charge.
Who Pays?
Private
There are very few areas in the UK where Osteopathy is funded by the Primary Care Trust and available on the NHS. As a result, many patients pay for their treatment privately.
Health Insurance
Most standard health insurance providers cover Osteopathic treatment. It's important to check with your health insurance provider whether Osteopathy is covered under your policy and the limit to the amount that is claimable.
Our clinic policy is that patients covered by insurance providers pay us directly. We will then post an invoice that can be sent to your insurers who will reimburse you in due course.
