Jamie Isherwood B Ost

Jamie graduated from The British School of Osteopathy in 2004 after successfully completing an enjoyable four year degree.  The school helped him develop a solid understanding of the structure of the human body (anatomy), the way it works (bio-mechanics and physiology) and what happens when things go wrong (dysfunction and pathology).  Since qualifying he has practiced in Aberdeen, and more locally in Earlsfield and Putney.

He currently works in Putney in addition to Wandsworth.  He enjoys an active life in which he looks forward to new and exciting challenges.  Jamie has played football and cricket to good standards and still plays a dozen games of rugby every season.  He also enjoys golf, rock climbing, jogging and playing squash.

Having spent over ten years in health and fitness clubs across SW London as a fitness coach, Jamie has developed a strong understanding of sports specific exercises, rehabilitation exercises and corrective postural exercises.  It still amazes him how a few seemingly simple tips can help people recover and stay injury free!  As an osteopath, he is committed to providing not only good 'hands on' help, but also sound clinical advice and really helping patients understand the nature of their problems so that they can start to get back to normal as quickly as possible.
